1st line support - £18k - £21k + bonus - Oxfordshire Entry-level tech support required for our client, a leading software company. INTERVIEWS NEXT WEEK! The successful candidate will liaise between customers and our client, as the first point of contact for customers requiring support on any aspect of using our client`s software. This 24x7 job requiring practical technical experience of Microsoft Windows platforms.
You must be able to work independently and as part of a team, being flexible in your approach to work. Clear, concise and friendly telephone manner are critical, as well as the ability to prepare written material that is understandable, pertinent and well structured. You will have the ability to prioritise and have strong personal organisation skills. You will be able to communicate with all levels of customer and be excellent at providing positive customer service. You will be self-motivated and able to support multiple products simultaneously.
Industry or professional organisation certification in computing fields are not required but highly desirable, as is a computer-related degree.
